The Swan team is excited to be back on deck and ready for another fantastic year ahead. But before we dive into what 2025 has in store, we’d like to take a moment to reflect on 2024, a year filled with memorable moments, growth, and exciting milestones.
A Strong Start to the Year
2024 started with a bang! We kicked off the year by welcoming Felipe to our team and heading to the Salesforce World Tour in Sydney. There, our very own Livia took center stage as a keynote speaker and was honored with a coveted Golden Hoodie for her outstanding contributions to mentoring in the Salesforce community. It was a proud moment for all of us, and it set the tone for an incredible year.
Additionally, Livia and Steph completed the first-ever Cygnus Tech program, empowering a cohort of Latinas to explore careers in Salesforce. This initiative was an exciting and impactful step forward in our commitment to diversity and mentorship.
We were also thrilled to be finalists in the Maroondah Council Business Excellence Awards, and our youngest team member, Taylah, was nominated for and awarded the Women in Digital Rising Star Award. These recognitions were a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire Swan team.
Client Successes & Expansions
2024 was a year of growth for our clients as well. We celebrated several successful Salesforce go-lives, including with VICReturn, WindowLine NSW, and Optimed Technologies. In addition, we saw existing clients expand their Salesforce footprints, such as The Wine Community, who adopted StoreConnect to enhance their operations.

A Year of Growth and Learning
At Swan, we never stop learning. In 2024, our team earned 9 new Salesforce certifications and expanded our expertise by diving into partner applications such as Accounting Seed, Mission Control, StoreConnect, and Pendula. We’re committed to continuing our learning journey in 2025, and we have several exciting projects lined up that will keep us at the forefront of the Salesforce ecosystem.
