Salesforce Sydney World Tour
The Salesforce Sydney World Tour event on February 28th was an initiative aimed at celebrating and empowering actions of change. I was honoured to receive the prestigious Golden Hoodie for my volunteer work with the Latin community. And I also witnessed the launch of groundbreaking AI products. The venue was bustling with attendees, making it a vibrant and memorable occasion.
The launched AI advancements like Prompt Builder and Einstein Co-Pilot will enable us to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive better outcomes for our clients. But can also play a crucial role on our volunteer projects with Job Seekers. Providing them with a competitive edge when applying for their first job. Employers are looking for candidates who not only have the necessary skills but also demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Standing on stage at an event attended by 15,000 people and sharing my journey and volunteer project was a powerful moment, symbolising a shift in bias. My aim is to demonstrate that Latinas can excel as engineers, doctors, and in any field we choose, as we are just as capable as anyone else. Salesforce not only provided a platform but also amplified my voice by recognising my mentoring initiative. I will always be grateful for that opportunity.
In conclusion, the event wasn’t just a platform for showcasing new products; it was a celebration of change, a change of humans and technology. I feel more prepared to make a meaningful impact in our ever-evolving world. Thanks Salesforce!
