2. Wingtips Blog Launch – In a quest for knowledge sharing and industry insights, we launched our blog – “Wingtips“, providing a platform to stay connected with our community and share our expertise.
3. Expansion of Partnerships – Swan Technology expanded its network by adding Partner Store Connect to its list of partnerships, fostering collaborative success in the digital landscape.
4. Project Expansion – The year saw the successful launch of 10 new projects, showcasing our dedication to innovation and meeting the evolving needs of our clients.
5. Maroondah Business Excellence Awards Finalists – Recognition came our way as finalists in the prestigious Maroondah Business Excellence Awards, a testament to our commitment to excellence.
6. Melbourne Business Awards Recognition – In November we were announced as finalists in three categories at the Melbourne Business Network Awards – Start-up/New Business Award, Optimism and Well-being Award, and Female Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

2. Latinas Cygnus: Empowering Latino Talent – Livia and Steph took a bold step by establishing Latinas Cygnus, a mentoring initiative focused on nurturing Latino talent in Australia with Salesforce skills.
3. Store Connect Administrator Certification – Livia, Steph, and Taylah achieved the Store Connect Administrator Certification, showcasing their expertise and commitment to excellence.
4. Outstanding Student Achievements – Taylah and a team of talented students were granted several awards via QUT Entrepreneurship, including recognition in L’Oreal Brandstorm and Innovation Central Brisbane Pitch Night. Taylah’s exceptional year continued as she embarked on an exchange semester at Bristol University in the UK, further expanding her horizons.
5. Continuous Learning and Certification – Livia attended the Trailhead boot camp in Brisbane for Salesforce Days and successfully passed her Integration Architect exam, exemplifying Swan Technology’s commitment to staying at the forefront of industry knowledge.
