Hey there! It’s party time because Swan Technology Solutions is turning two this month! It’s been a wild ride, but we’ve enjoyed every moment of it.
Our journey began with the goal of providing practical and unbiased advice for companies using Salesforce and related applications. As a Salesforce consultant, I was frustrated by the unnecessarily complex and expensive solutions sold to clients, and I knew there had to be a better way. That’s why I founded Swan Technology Solutions with the motto of keeping it simple.
Over the last two years, we’ve worked with almost 30 clients on a range of engagements, from small support projects to full-scale multi-cloud implementations. We’ve grown from a team of two to seven, and we’re excited to keep expanding in the future.
We’re proud of the feedback we’ve received from our clients, like Grace Elliot from The Stable Group. She was thrilled when we helped implement some automations to manage their stakeholder engagement projects, and her excitement made our day!
We’re especially proud to work with innovative Australian manufacturers like SPEE3D and EVOS Energy, who embody the spirit of Australian ingenuity.
Our team has been expanding both in size and skills. Steph has been with us almost from day one, and now she’s 2x certified in Salesforce, thanks to her hard work and dedication. Taylah joined us just over 9 months ago, and we’re so proud that she passed her Salesforce Admin certification on her first attempt within 3 months of joining the ecosystem. We’re thrilled to have such talented and driven individuals on our team! We’re delighted to have added two new team members in the last month, Farzan and Livia, to our expanding team. We can’t wait to see how their unique talents and experience will benefit our amazing clients too.
So, what’s next for Swan? We’re going to be blogging more to share our insights, client successes, and other topical pieces relevant to our ecosystem. We’re also exploring building our own suite of applications, and we’ll have more to share on that over the next year.
